The Pet Pals was founded by Michelle Hays in 2005 and is located in West Chester, PA.   Michelle was raised in a household full of pets and has always cared for the pets of her friends and family while they were away on vacation.  In 2005 Michelle decided to expand her love and knowledge of animals into the professional world of pet sitting.
